Head of Process Improvement

Key responsibility:

To build the Operations Division to have an organizational capability for process improvement by delivering transformational process performance creating mindsets, behaviours, competencies and tools that enable delivery of lasting outcomes to customers and shareholders. To achieve service, revenue and cost improvements in alignment with the bank’s strategy. The services must be achieved by managing people, process, technology and culture in an effective, innovative and cost efficient manner with full adherence to all applicable policies and regulations whilst giving consideration to all risk factors.

Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Banking, Economic or Finance from reputable university.
Minimum ten years of banking operation experience, with multiple operations stream.
Have experience handling project and developing policy procedure in Operations Divison
Have experience in handling risk, control awareness, and compliance requirement through out the Bank Operation Division
Strong analytical and technical skills
Proactive, full of initiative, highly integrity, risk focus and attention to details
Effective and good communication skills, self-starter and team spirited
Exceptional interpersonal skills in areas such as teamwork, facilitation and negotiation
Outstanding PC skills on Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
Proficiency in written and spoken English
