Beastudi Etos adalah program investasi SDM yang fokus pada pembinaan, pendampingan,dan pemberdayaan dg membentuk SDM berkarakter utk Indonesia unggul dan berdaya..

Persyaratan Pendaftaran Beasiswa Program Bidikmisi 2012

1. Siswa SMA/SMK/MA/MAK atau bentuk lain yang sederajat yang akan lulus pada tahun 2012;
2. Lulusan tahun 2011 yang bukan penerima Bidikmisi dan tidak bertentangan dengan ketentuan penerimaan mahasiswa baru di masing- masing PTN;
3. Usia paling tinggi pada saat mendaftar adalah 21 tahun;
4. Kurang mampu secara ekonomi sebagai berikut:
   1. Pendapatan kotor gabungan orangtua/wali sebesar-besarnya Rp3.000.000,00 setiap bulan;
   2. Pendapatan kotor gabungan orangtua/wali dibagi jumlah anggota keluarga sebesar-besarnya Rp600.000,00 setiap bulannya; dan
   3. Pendidikan orang tua/wali setinggi-tingginya S1 (Strata 1) atau Diploma 4.
5. Untuk peserta seleksi SNMPTN Ujian Tulis dan Seleksi Mandiri harus memiliki potensi akademik memadai, yaitu masuk dalam 30% terbaik di sekolah (semester 4 dan 5 bagi yang akan lulus tahun 2012 atau semester 5 dan 6 bagi lulusan tahun 2011);
6. Khusus SNMPTN jalur undangan hanya diperuntukkan bagi yang akan lulus tahun 2012 serta memiliki prestasi akademik tinggi dan konsisten berdasarkan pemeringkatan oleh Kepala Sekolah, yaitu masuk di dalam peringkat terbaik di sekolah yang sama pada semester 3, 4 dan 5 dengan ketentuan berdasarkan akreditasi (akreditasi sekolah untuk SMA dan MA atau akreditasi jurusan/bidang keterampilan untuk SMK dan MK), dengan rincian sebagai berikut:
   1. Akreditasi A: 50% terbaik dan konsisten di semester 3, 4 dan 5;
   2. Akreditasi B: 30% terbaik dan konsisten di semester 3, 4 dan 5;
   3. Akreditasi C: 15% terbaik dan konsisten di semester 3, 4 dan 5;
   4. Lainnya: 5% terbaik dan konsisten di semester 3, 4 dan 5.
7. Pertimbangan khusus diberikan kepada pendaftar yang memenuhi persyaratan 1 s.d. 6, serta mempunyai prestasi ko-kurikuler maupun ekstra kurikuler paling rendah peringkat ke-3 di tingkat kabupaten/kota atau prestasi non kompetitif lain yang tidak ada pemeringkatan (contoh ketua organisasi siswa sekolah/OSIS);
8. Potensi akademik dan prestasi yang dimaksud pada butir 5 dan 6 dinyatakan dengan surat rekomendasi Kepala Sekolah/Madrasah atau Kepala Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten/Kota sesuai dengan Lampiran 2;
9. Pendaftar difasilitasi untuk memilih seleksi nasional dan/atau seleksi mandiri apabila mendaftar ke:
   1. Semua jenis seleksi nasional (SNMPTN Undangan dan/atau Ujian Tulis);
   2. Seleksi mandiri di 1 (satu) PTN dengan 2 (dua) program studi pilihan

10. Memiliki kesehatan yang memadai sehingga tidak mengganggu kelancaran proses pembelajaran di perguruan tinggi;

11. Tidak buta warna bagi program studi tertentu.

Salam Sejahtera,

Kami informasikan bahwa PERTAMINA dan Universitas Indonesia berpartner dengan 32 Perguruan Tinggi dari 32 Provinsi se Indonesia kembali menyelenggarakan OSN PTI 2010 dengan menjanjikan Total Hadiah 2,7 Milyar.


Olimpiade Sains Tingkat Perguruan Tinggi (OSN-PTI) 2010 adalah program yang memiliki potensi dan kontribusi dalam peningkatan kualitas pendidikan tinggi di Indonesia. Program ini untuk mendorong mahasiswa yang mendalami bidang matematikan, fisika, kimia dan biologi agar lebih serius dan kompeten dibidangnya. OSN-PTI 2010 yang diprakarsai oleh Pertamina ini merupakan salah satu wujud kepedulian perusahaan terhadap pendidikan di Indonesia melalui program corporate social responsibility (CSR).

SASARAN OSN-PTI 2010

Menjalin hubungan secara aktif dengan institusi pendidikan dalam hal ini perguruan tinggi baik negeri maupun swasta yang ada di 33 propinsi
Ikut berperan aktif meningkatkan kwalitas pendidikan Tinggi khususnya bidang sains yang menjadi tulang punggung peneguasaan dan keamjuan teknologi di masa depan.
Membangun atmosfir saintifik di kalangan mahasiswa melalui kompetisi sains dalam bidang matematika, fisika, kimia dan biologi.
Mencetak generasi muda yang memiliki kemampuan sains dan dapat mengimplementasikan pengetahuannya untuk membawa bangsa ini dari ancamana global.

Implementasi dari komitmen Kepedulian Pertamina terhadap peningkatan kualitas Mahasiswa melalui kegiatan CSR pendidikan.

Ruang Lingkup OSN-PTI 2010

Busines Information. Menjawab issue terkini dari narasumber Pertamina sehingga di harapkan mahasiswa dapat menjadi mediator Pertamina dengan masyarakat luas.
Share Information. Menyediakan data mengenai perubahan pola bisnis Pertamina sebagai wahana sosialisasi kebijakan perusahaan yang bersentuhan langsung dengan kehidupan Masyarakat umum, antara lain keamanan supplai BBM secara nasional, penemuan cadangan migas, produk dan teknologi baru.
Share Education. Membangun Reputasi Perusahaan di lingkungan akademik sebagai stakeholders yang kritis dalam menanggapi kondisi bangsa, sekaligus menumbuhkan “sense of belonging” terhadap Pertamina. About the Graduate Fellows Program

CSIRO Mathematics, Informatics and Statistics is offering graduate fellowships in the areas of:

• statistics

• mathematics

• computational science

• engineering.

The 2010 Graduate Fellows program will offer a handful of talented post-honours students the opportunity to solve real world problems and experience a research career with CSIRO.

The program duration is 2 years, starting in Janurary 2010 during which fellows will be paid a salary as a CSIRO employee.

The program will take an "apprentice approach" where you will be mentored by leading research scientists and work on a range of exciting projects with the potential for travel to an international conference at the end of the second year.

Fellowships are available to graduates who have completed an undergraduate degree (preferably with honours) in mathematics, statistics, computational science, engineering or science and have maintained a credit average or higher.


The Graduate Fellows program will include:

• A developmental or methodological project that the Fellow will be expected to present on at a reputable conference, ideally an international conference, at the end of their second year

• Rotation through three applied projects which are aligned with the developmental project

• Mentorship with leading research scientists

PhD opportunity in Geodynamics at the Bayerisches Geoinstitut (Bayreuth, Germany)

The Bayerisches Geoinstitute offers a PhD position in the field of Geodynamics.
The focus of the research will be on the effect of continental lids on the efficiency of mantle convective stirring.

Interpreting surface geochemical data requires the understanding of the mechanisms that can preserve or erase chemical heterogeneities over geological times. The effect of continental lids is known to have a first order impact on mantle convective dynamics and heat transfer. In particular it has be shown that the presence of continents influences the convective wavelength and the time dependency of the mantle motions. However the consequences on the efficiency of convective stirring have not been quantified and studied systematically. This will be the main objective of this thesis, using 2D and 3D numerical modeling of mantle convective motions.

Applicants should hold a master degree in Physics, Geophysics or equivalent. We are seeking for candidates with a solid background in fluid dynamics and heat transfer, knowledge in numerical methods and in one or more programming language (Fortran , C …).
Decent computational facilities are available at the Bayerisches Geoinstitute (www.bgi.uni-bayreuth.de ) and at the University of Bayreuth. Funds will be available for attending international conferences and workshops.

The SEACOAT Network:

The main research goal of the project is to improve understanding of biointerfacial processes involved in the colonisation of surfaces by marine fouling organisms. This will inform the future development of new, environmentally-benign materials and coatings for the practical control of marine biofouling.

Our principal objective is to discover which nano- and micro-scale physico-chemical properties of surfaces influence the adhesion of fouling organisms, through the use of surface engineering technologies to fabricate coatings that vary systematically in relevant surface properties, and length scales.

We will use advanced surface analytical methods to characterise test surfaces for relevant physico-chemical surface properties and how these change after immersion. Parallel adhesion bioassays using a range of representative marine organisms will test intrinsic antifouling properties of surfaces.

Fellows’ individual projects will be integrated into one comprehensive research and training network which is strongly based on exchange and transfers between academia and industry. The network will also provide fellows with network-wide training activities (4 Advanced Training Courses, an international Workshop/symposium). All fellows are expected to collaborate with other Partners in the Consortium through secondments and visits.

Teacher Training Programs: Monbukagakusho Scholarship (Teacher Upgrading)

Registration for the departure in 2009 will be opened on 16 November and closed on January 29, 2010

Teacher Upgrading Program (Teacher Training Program) is one of the Japanese Government scholarship programs (Monbukagakusho) specifically designed for teachers for teaching in accordance with improving qualities. They will be given training in how to teach, making the teaching-learning plan more effectively and attract students and other things that can improve and quality of teachers. This program is a non-degree programs and the length is 1 year 6 months (including 6-month Japanese language learning) from October 2010.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Graduates of S-1 or D-4, and teachers who are actively teaching in elementary, junior, senior high school (including private schools and vocational).
2. Applicant has taught more than 5 years of formal education institutions on April 1, 2010. All fields are offered except, the Indonesian language, local language, Arabic language, religious education and hospitality.
3. Age under 35 years old on April 1, 2010.
4. Physically and spiritually healthy. (female applicants are not allowed in the pregnant condition)
5. Willing to learn Japanese because the language of instruction at the university is in Japanese.

Dalam rangka menyiapkan kader-kader pemimpin PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk dimasa depan dan memberi kesempatan kepada para lulusan baru (fresh graduate) yang berprestas, PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk mengundang alumnus-alumnus perguruan tinggi terpilih untuk mengikuti seleksi sebagai kandidat officer melalui jalur Officer Development Program (ODP)

Syarat-syarat sebagai berikut :

A. Officer Development Program (ODP)

1. Lulusan S1/S2 dari semua jurusan kecuali Bidang/Dept. Ilmu Kesehatan/Keperawatan, Sastra, Seni, Keguruan dan Keagamaan
2. IPK lulusan S1 min 3.00, IPK lulusan S2 min. 3.20
3. Usia maksimal pada saat seleksi awal 26 tahun untuk S1 dan 28 tahun untuk S2
4. Memiliki kemampuan Bahasa Inggris lisan dan tulisan
5. Mampu mengoperasikan komputer minimal program Ms. Office
6. Belum Menikah dan bersedia tidak menikah selama pendidikan
7. Bersedia menjalani ikatan dinas
8. Bersedia ditempatkan di seluruh wilayah Indonesia
